By using maxxsuperfoods.com, placing an order, or starting a subscription, you agree to these terms. You must be at least eighteen years old to place an order or create an account.

Use of the site

You may browse, place orders, manage your account, and contact us. You may not scrape, copy, or republish site content for commercial purposes; reverse engineer or interfere with the site; or use it to send spam or anything abusive. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Products and pricing

Descriptions, photographs, and prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to cancel orders if a price was published in error. Pouch printing, fill weights, and ingredient blends may vary slightly between production runs.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders apply a 10% discount automatically to every refill. We email you before each refill ships so you can skip or change it, and you can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account.

Health disclaimers

Our products are dietary supplements. Statements about ingredients and their benefits have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please consult your healthcare provider before starting any supplement.

Intellectual property

All site content, brand assets, logos, product photography, and copy belong to MAXX Organics. Commercial use, including resale or reseller listings, requires written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or your use of the site is limited to the purchase price you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which MAXX Organics is registered. If we update them materially, we will post the new version with a fresh “last updated” stamp.
