Choosing a blend
What's the difference between the five blends?
Each does something a little different. GREEN is our daily greens base, eight superfoods for energy and focus. RED brings in twelve fruits and adaptogens for mid-day energy. GOLD is twelve adaptogens and herbs leaning calmer, good for the afternoon. CACAO BLAST is the GREEN backbone plus raw cacao, so it tastes like chocolate. PLATINUM is all twenty-eight superfoods in one daily teaspoon, the all-in-one option.
Which blend should I start with?
GREEN. It's the original, the most popular, and the simplest place to start. If you find you love the routine, you can layer in RED, GOLD, or move up to PLATINUM later.
Can I take more than one blend?
Yes. Many of our regulars rotate or stack them. A common pattern: GREEN in the morning, RED at midday, GOLD in the evening. PLATINUM exists for people who want the whole picture in a single teaspoon instead.
Taking it
How much should I take?
One teaspoon a day. That's the serving size for every blend.
When should I take it?
Most people take it first thing in the morning, mixed into water or whatever they're already drinking. GOLD also works well in the afternoon or evening if you want something calming.
What can I mix it with?
Water is the simplest. Smoothies, coffee, juice, oat milk, or coconut water all work. People also stir it into oatmeal, yogurt, smoothie bowls, even pancake batter.
Can my kids take it? Can I take it if I'm pregnant or nursing?
Please consult your healthcare provider before giving any supplement to a child, or before taking our blends if you are pregnant, nursing, or managing a medical condition. We're not able to provide medical guidance.
Ingredients and quality
Where do you source your ingredients?
Each ingredient is sourced from suppliers that meet our specifications for whole-food quality. Final blending and packaging happens in the USA.
Why no proprietary blends?
Because you should know exactly how much of each ingredient you're getting. Every blend lists every ingredient.
Are the blends Non-GMO?
Yes. None of our ingredients are genetically modified.
Why no added sweeteners or flavors?
Because we wanted a blend that was just the ingredients. Our blends taste like what's in them: earthy, plant-forward, recognizable.

How does it work?
You get 10% off every subscription order, automatically. The discount applies to every shipment, not just the first.
Can I skip, switch, or cancel?
Yes to all three, anytime from your account. Skip individual shipments, change which blend you receive (the 10% carries over), or cancel entirely.
Shipping and returns
How fast do you ship?
Orders typically ship within 1 to 2 business days, with tracking.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, on every order. No minimum.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only.
What's your return policy?
Within 14 days of delivery, you can return the unused portion of your pouch for a refund. Reach out through our contact page and we'll send return instructions.
