Do gift cards expire? No. Codes never expire and the balance does not decay.
Can the recipient use it on a subscription? Yes. The balance is applied first, then the subscription bills the saved payment method once the balance runs out.
Can I get a refund on a gift card? Unused gift card balances are non-refundable. If something goes wrong with redemption, email us and we’ll sort it.
