Privacy Policy

The short version: we only collect what we need to ship your order and run your subscription. We do not sell your data. Last updated · May 28, 2026.

What we collect

When you place an order or create an account, we collect your name, email, shipping address, and phone number (phone optional); your order history and subscription preferences; and standard site interaction data through web analytics. We do not buy data about you from other sources.

How we use it

To fulfill and ship your order, send order and shipping updates, manage your subscription, reply when you contact us, and send marketing email only if you have opted in (every marketing email has one-click unsubscribe).

Who we share it with

The minimum to make a shipment happen: Shopify (runs the store and stores account data), the payment processor (Shopify Payments and Stripe handle card details — we never see or store your card number), USPS (your shipping address), Shopify Subscriptions, and aggregated web analytics. We never sell or rent your information, and never share it for advertising on other platforms.

Cookies

We use session cookies to keep your cart together (they expire when you close the tab) and optional, anonymous analytics cookies you can decline. We do not use third-party advertising cookies and do not retarget you across other websites.

Your rights

You can ask what we have on file, correct inaccuracies, ask us to delete your data, and opt out of marketing email. Email maxxsuperfoods@gmail.com and we respond within five business days. California (CCPA), EU, and UK (GDPR) residents have these rights by default.

Children

We do not market to or knowingly collect data from anyone under thirteen. If you believe we have collected information from your child, email us and we will delete it.
